Choose the programme before you choose the seat.
Our admissions process is built to answer one question first: what kind of Grade 11 work is this student ready to commit to?
Plan a campus visit
Six steps, with no mystery in the middle.
Dates may change by intake, but the sequence stays consistent so students and families know what is being assessed and why.
Enquire or visit
Discuss stream fit, subject choices and any scholarship questions before submitting the form.
Submit application
Provide SEE details, student information and programme preference.
Entrance assessment
A short readiness assessment matched to the programme you are considering.
Counselling conversation
Review the assessment, interests and study habits with the programme team.
Offer and scholarship decision
Receive the admission decision, programme placement and any scholarship outcome clearly in writing.
Enrollment
Complete documents, fee formalities and the Grade 11 orientation process.
Documents for the application desk.
- SEE grade sheet or official online result printout
- Character certificate when available
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Student and guardian contact details
- Migration / equivalence documents where applicable
The admissions desk can usually begin counselling with verifiable provisional documents and tell you what must be submitted before enrollment is complete.
Merit is one part of the picture.
Kshitij’s template scholarship structure can support academic merit, entrance performance, exceptional achievement and documented access need. A real school deployment should replace these demo criteria with its approved policy.
Academic meritSEE performance + entrance result
Programme meritStrong subject readiness for the chosen stream
AchievementRecognised academic, sport or creative distinction
Access considerationDocumented financial circumstances + review
Before you submit the form.
Can I change my programme after the entrance assessment?
Yes, before final enrollment, if counselling and subject readiness support the change and seats remain available.
Is the entrance assessment the same for every programme?
No. The emphasis changes. Science places more weight on Mathematics and Science readiness, while other programmes place more emphasis on English, reasoning and programme-relevant aptitude.
Do parents need to attend counselling?
Students should lead the academic conversation. A guardian is welcome to join, especially for programme, scholarship and enrollment decisions.
When is the fee structure shared?
The current fee sheet should be issued by the admissions desk for the specific intake and programme. This marketplace demo intentionally does not hard-code a fictional fee amount.
