About / The academy

Two years with a clear purpose.

Kshitij is designed for the transition after SEE: serious enough to build a strong academic base, broad enough to keep a student’s next options open.

01 / Why Kshitij

We do not treat Grade 11 as a waiting room for Grade 12.

The first year is where habits become visible: how a student takes notes, asks for help, handles a difficult problem, writes an argument and manages an ordinary week. Kshitij makes those habits teachable instead of leaving them to chance.

Programme choice matters, but it is not an identity label. Science, Management, Humanities and Law have different academic rhythms, while every student still needs clear writing, disciplined study, digital fluency and the confidence to explain their thinking.

01

Teach the method, not only the answer.

Problem clinics, feedback loops and practical sessions show students what strong work looks like and how to improve it.

02

Keep counselling close to the classroom.

Programme leads and mentors see actual academic patterns before advising students on subject choices and future routes.

03

Make students work in public.

Presentations, debates, lab records and project reviews build the ability to defend an idea with evidence.

Spaces are scheduled around the work they are meant to support.

Laboratories run in extended blocks rather than rushed demonstrations. Seminar rooms are small enough for discussion. The resource library stays open through the main class day, and project rooms remain available for clubs and student teams.

03 / Leadership note
“A student should leave +2 with more than a result sheet. They should know how they learn, what they can do well, and what kind of work they are ready to pursue next.”
